After a couple of brainstorm sessions we've identified areas that – if transformed digitally – could be the quick wins that push the entire industry forward.
Wink app is the first part of what will be the ecosystem of vet practice tools that serve one ultimate purpose — give doctors their time back, so that they can focus on taking care of the patients and spend the limited time they have during the exam on making an impact, not on the routine.
The app is integrated with a practice management system and connects thousands of data points together to be a go-to source of insights for the doctor. But it's primary functionality is based around streamlining an eye exam to remove as much friction as possible, allow room for making changes, and be focused on the overall picture of the patient's health. In the most predictable, user friendly and rewarding way.
The ecosystem is consistent with the client-side solution we are developing for one of the alliance divisions. This makes a promising trend of going completely digital across the entire network of more than 400+ practices across the nation.
